One of the most common ways to login to your Windows VPS is through a protocol called Remote Desktop Protocol. You may reboot your server at anytime while logged in as the Administrator. Request for reboot will take no longer than 5 mins. There is 5 min SLA on every support ticket. This is our policy to ensure supreme service is being served.
